Who we are
Jeffy Lepatan
I grew up in a slum in Cebu and at a young age I already learned that having a comfortable life is not something you get for free, you have to work hard to achieve it. Being the eldest out of seven siblings, I make sure that I share whatever I achieve with my younger brothers and sisters. I think that is the most important trait that I could share with my team, so that nobody gets left behind. I am truly grateful to our CEO for giving me a chance to be part of something big, that is why as a developer, I make my contributions by challenging myself everyday in order to make software solutions that would help the internet space easier to navigate. And as a manager, I encourage my team to always be grateful for an opportunity to create something useful for others while having fun doing it and to help build each other up within the team. I've never been anywhere outside the country and I dream of the day when I can visit other countries just by putting on a VR headgear then seconds later it will feel like you're there. I believe advancements in development technologies can make that possible. Going anywhere in the world within minutes - why not?

"Kumusta!". I call myself Jessie! A Filipino nomad raised in Philippines. Currently a Front-End Developer here in Acret-PH which is an awesome job that highlights my passion in designing and making things look good. Working here taught me a lot with the challenges and experience new things which helped me grow and continue to thrive to be better and do better, together with the support of the team and management it drives me to push myself to my limits and break my boundaries to be one of the person who will you can count and rely on. To sum it all, I'm in my happiest designing and making my living most from it :) — and trust me, I know things.

My identity has been shaped in the countryside part of the Philippines! To travel around the world is something I wish of. In spite of the continual struggle, faith and courage were my main motivation to keep going because I believe no matter how you feel, just get up, dress up, show up and never give up. Great things are yet to come. Becoming part of Acret-PH is a great opportunity for me to nurture my knowledge and skills. I started with a zero-knowledge in Drupal, yet it was never a hindrance for me to cope up and learn since my seniors and fellow workmates have been very helpful.

I was born and raised in one of the highly urbanized cities of the Philippines. Never traveled outside the country yet but it has always been my biggest dream. I learned things in life at a very young age as the only person in the household who brings in the lion's share of income. Growing up with such responsibility drives me to become a better version of myself each time. Failure and determination were my key ingredients to keep going forward. Being part of Acret-PH is something I will always be grateful for. In fact, I'm rooting for a wonderful journey ahead while making progress each time.

Ever since I was younger, it dawned on me that computer stuff would be my thing. From the designs of frontend elements to the logic of codes, my fascination for software has always been there. In this space, I evolve and grow with the changes of technology and get to experience exciting learnings and challenges, both old and new. The community is varied and supreme and full of goods I have yet to unravel. And working in Acret made me realize this is the realm I will always wander.

Divina de Jesus
Hi! I'm Divina, a software developer at Acret. When I was younger, I never imagined working in a software company. Interestingly, when I started college, I didn't even know what my course was about or what programming is! I began with no prior knowledge and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to succeed. However, as the years passed, I discovered the many opportunities and amazing things technology can do.
My curiosity and love for technology drive me to keep learning and trying new things. I am very thankful to Acret for giving me the chance to learn and grow as a developer. At Acret, I have learned to use Drupal, which I encountered for the first time here. I am constantly improving my skills and gaining confidence day by day. I look forward to continuing to grow and innovate in this field.
